We are very proud to announce that Engage in Learning’s Development Director, Kim Whitmore, has been awarded a competitive Learning Technologies Award for Learning Designer of the Year 2017! The winners were revealed at a spectacular gala evening on 29th November at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge Hotel in London, and we are so pleased that our hard work and dedication to providing the best online training solutions to businesses continues to pay off!
In addition to Engage in Learning being shortlisted for seven eLearning awards over the past three years, this year we were shortlisted for both the Best Learning Technologies Project and the Excellence in the Design of Learning Content categories. But it was Development Director, Kim Whitmore, who secured a win and was awarded Learning Designer of the Year at the Learning Technologies Awards 2017.
Kim has a strong history in eLearning instructional design. Working today for Engage in Learning, she traces her instructional design achievements back to 1985. However, never one for hogging the limelight, Kim has always let her work do her talking, which includes eight gold awards and countless silvers.
In 2017, Kim has had her most impressive year yet. She has harnessed new HTML5 technologies and gaming constructs and produced brilliant new designs. But most importantly, she leaves a trail of delighted clients, who testify powerfully on her behalf. View some of our testimonials here.
Presenting the award, judges at the Learning Technologies ceremony said, “Kim has a long pedigree in instructional design, a great reputation, and has built very strong relationships with clients”.
